While we strive to construct the perfect home, achieving absolute perfection is impossible. Therefore, your new home is protected by a One-Year New Home Warranty. We encourage you to review the written warranty provided during your final walkthrough.

Once you submit a warranty claim, we will contact you by phone within 48 hours during the week or within 48 hours after the weekend for claims submitted on weekends. Claims are reviewed weekly, and we will provide a response afterward. As outlined in your written warranty, approved claims will be addressed within the timeframe specified in your warranty documents. To ensure timely resolution of approved claims, it is essential that you or a designated representative (who is not a minor) be available to grant us access to your home and remain present while any warranty work is carried out.

Any warranty work will be completed Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM.

In the case of an emergency such as total loss of air conditioning/heating, gas leaks or plumbing leaks, we will try to respond as soon as possible. For gas leaks emergencies, we recommend getting a safe distance away from the property and calling your local gas company.
